What is the Unknown Tab?

Sometimes your wallet contains items that can’t be fully loaded or identified. This can happen due to:

Invalid or broken metadata links
Network errors or temporary connection issues
Incomplete or corrupted on-chain data

When Sol-Incinerator can’t categorize these assets, they appear in the Unknown Tab.

How do I access the Unknown Tab?

Click the toggle in the bottom-left corner of the page to enable Pro Mode. The Unknown Tab will then appear at the top of the page.

How to burn an Unknown Item

Connect Wallet

See Connecting Your Wallet for instructions.

Select Unknown Item(s)

Unknown items may be NFTs, whitelist tokens, or other valuable assets. If you don’t know what an item is, do NOT burn it. By using this feature, you accept full responsibility for what you burn.

Click BURN

The Burn button is on the right side of the screen, as shown below.

Using a Ledger? Enable the toggle. You can swap reclaimed SOL for another currency here if you'd like.

Confirm Selection

Do you know what you're burning? Double-check now — there’s no going back.

Sign Transaction

Sign and confirm your transaction by clicking "Confirm".

The confirm transaction screen may appear differently due to using a different wallet.
