What is the Unknown Tab?

Sometimes your wallet contains items that can’t be fully loaded or identified. This can happen due to:

• Invalid or broken metadata links

• Network errors or temporary connection issues

• Incomplete or corrupted on-chain data

When Sol-Incinerator can’t categorize these assets, they appear in the Unknown Tab.

How do I access the Unknown Tab?

In the bottom-left corner, open the mode selector and select Dev Mode. This unlocks advanced tabs, including UNKNOWN, which will appear near the top of the page.

How to Burn Unknown Items

Connect Wallet

See Connecting Your Wallet for instructions.

Select Unknown Items

Select one or more unknown items you want to burn. Selected items will be highlighted as Marked for Burn.

Unknown items may be NFTs, whitelist tokens, or other valuable assets. If you don’t know what an item is, do NOT burn it. By using this feature, you accept full responsibility for what you burn.

Click BURN

Click the Burn button on the right side of the screen, as shown below.

Using a Ledger? Enable the Ledger toggle. You can also optionally swap reclaimed SOL for another currency here.

Confirm Selection

Double-check your selection! You can’t reverse a burn.

Sign Transaction

Sign and confirm your transaction by clicking Confirm.

The confirm transaction screen may appear differently due to using a different wallet.

Success Confirmation

Success! Unknown items were burned and your SOL was recovered.
